DRW offers a variety of education and training for our employees. We strongly encourage continuous learning, and offer various opportunities for personal and career growth with in-house training, conferences, seminars, and outside speakers. To promote collaboration and innovation, DRW hosts weekly gatherings including Geek Lunch, Ninja Factory, and QR Lite, where technical and research topics are discussed and pondered. Additionally, employees are encouraged to attend technical conferences, leadership training, and continuing education programs.
