Our interviewing process is extensive to ensure both DRW and the candidate feel there is a successful career opportunity. First round interviews will occur on campus or over the phone. Multiple final round interviews occur at each of our offices over one or two consecutive days. During final round interviews, we have opportunities for candidates to interact with DRW employees in a casual environment. Candidates will be notified within one week of their final round interview as to the status of their application.
