To help our employees truly understand the trading industry, we have in house classes covering the basics of trading futures and options to more advanced concepts of trading. To promote collaboration and innovation, DRW hosts weekly gatherings including Geek Lunch, Ninja Factory, and QR Lite, where technical and research topics are discussed and pondered. Additionally, employees are encouraged to attend technical conferences, leadership training, and continuing education programs.
